Go to star and click run.
Type "regedit" and hit enter.
Registry edit window will open.
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ InternetExplorer \ Main
In right Panel
"WindowTittle" -> Title
Change it as your desire.
